We do require a 50% deposit of your quote. This is so we can
secure your garments with our distributors.
Your embroidered order can be processed within 7-10 days from date of approval and receipt of 50% deposit. There may be some exceptions depending on size of order and our production schedule. There is rush order service at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
For items requiring digitizing please allow 2-3 days for a
price quote. Once you have approved the quote and have sent us a 50% deposit, allow 5-7
working days for your graphic to be digitized and a sample to be sent to you for approval.
All designs, once approved will be embroidered onto your garment and processed within 7-10

For items that are digitized, we will provide you with a free
design sample swatch to approve. For stock designs we will send you a proof of the design
via e-mail. We will not begin production until we have your written approval and 50%
Yes, you may mix and match items as long as the design remains the same.
Headwear cannot be mixed with flats (shirts, sweats, towels,
etc.). Headwear requires a spcial set up and special equipment. You can mix and match
different headwear sizes, colors, and styles.
NO, Your logo is yours and it will not be sold to any other
customer. We will have a copy of your logo on file for re-orders and will only process an
order from an authorized rep. from your organization.
Your logo may include up to 7 different colors from our
standard color palette. For designs with more than 7 colors, special colors and thread
types are available at an additional cost.

Yes. You can have more than one design on your garment. There will be an additional cost for the extra design. Each design is quoted separately, please contact us for more info.
